Project Features & Highlights
This project was designed and built as a high-end aesthetic clinic with a strong focus on creating a calm, elevated experience for both clients and staff. From the layout to the finishes, every detail was intentional and tailored to the way the space is used day to day.
Design & Finish Highlights
- Thoughtfully planned reception and waiting area with approximately 14-foot ceilings, creating an open and welcoming first impression.
- Custom-built display shelving and accent walls are integrated throughout the space for product display and branding
- Hand-selected wallpaper is used as feature walls to add texture, warmth, and personality without overwhelming the space
- Quartz countertops with matching quartz backsplashes are used consistently across treatment rooms, restrooms, and prep areas for a clean, cohesive look
- 8-foot hinged glass doors used to bring in light while maintaining separation between spaces, adding to the open feel without sacrificing privacy
- Warm metal finishes and designer lighting are used throughout to elevate even the smaller spaces, such as hallways, powder baths, and prep areas.
Layout & Functional Features

Custom cabinetry throughout, including built-in storage, floating shelves, and display cabinetry explicitly designed for the clinic’s workflow.

Multiple treatment rooms are laid out for privacy, efficiency, and comfort, each with dedicated storage and work surfaces.

ADA-compliant restroom designed to meet code while still maintaining the same upscale finishes as the rest of the space.

Custom prep room and utility spaces, including a tankless water heater room and electrical panel access, are carefully tucked away yet easily accessible. Care is taken to ensure they are well-organized and easy to navigate.

Wet bar with under-counter refrigeration, custom wood cabinetry, stone backsplash, glass shelving, and brass accents—designed to feel more like a boutique hotel than a typical clinic break area.

Ceiling heights up to 10 feet in the treatment area, helping the clinic feel open and comfortable rather than cramped.
Project Outcome
The final outcome of this project was an upscale aesthetic office that the clients truly loved. From the moment they opened their doors, the space helped elevate their brand and create the kind of first impression they were looking for. The clean lines, custom finishes, and thoughtful layout gave the office a polished, welcoming feel that immediately set it apart—precisely what we strive for on our commercial design-build projects in Central Arkansas.
The new space allowed them to grow their business and confidently add new services. Treatment rooms, support areas, and shared spaces were carefully designed to function efficiently while still feeling calm and comfortable for clients. By combining thoughtful planning with high-end finishes, we created a boutique-style environment that supports daily operations while reflecting the level of care being provided—an essential factor in aesthetic and medical office construction in Central Arkansas.
One of the biggest impacts has been the increase in word-of-mouth referrals. Clients regularly comment on how classy, professional, and inviting the space feels, which has naturally led to more recommendations and repeat business.
