This project involved the redesign and repair of a commercial property in Little Rock that sustained significant damage from the tornado. The previous business, a beloved staple in the community for over 30 years, had been deeply rooted in the area’s history. The redesign preserved its legacy while paving the way for new opportunities.
The scope of work included restoring and modernizing the exterior to enhance curb appeal and durability, while also creating a flexible future lease space for the property owner.
